Dan takes his turn in working and throwing the shrak (flat bread) dough so that it becomes thin enough to cook quickly on the hot, inverted pan. Still needs a few lessons... Taken as part of a Zikra Initiative in the community of Ghor al Mazra'a by the Dead Sea in Jordan.
