I was reading and collecting some information about city securities, I think they are over exaggerating, only if you follow the roles, and security measure. However, people of Kampala are so kind and helpful, you don't realize that till you get to know the people and culture. I will never forget such a wonderful place and people. I wish I come back there one day.

I liked the cost of food quite cheap.
I liked the cost of food quite cheap. Wonderful and hospitable people. Good WiFi connection and almost stable power and water supply in the region I stayed in. The weather although is cloudy and rainy mostly but it feels hot and sweat every time I go out. The roads are clean but a lot of breaks and holes needed maintenance. I loved the motorbike transport system “Boda” as the most convenient way considering the roads nature but they are just too many, and very risky. I hope if they abide by the traffic light rules similar to cars. Quality budget hotels and apartments few options and more expensive compared to Nairobi. It definitely worth the visit but needs careful planning.

I only stayed one night and most of the day I caught up on my sleep after a long flight. The hotel was fabulous as there was three different restaurants to eat, one had live music (Jazz) and the other was showing a rugby match which was enough to entertain me for the duration of my stay.

Convenient location, paved roads, developed suburbs.
Convenient location, paved roads, developed suburbs. I watched how the seven hills rolls into each other, the Kasubi Tombs are close. I ate most of the time at a great plane, Trinity Resort Hotel in Najeera. Getting around was quite easy with Uber and bodaboda.
If you are alone, enjoy several theatres and the Uganda Museum.

Kampala has its top end places and bottom end places.
Kampala has its top end places and bottom end places. Food is very fresh and tasty. Don’t use cars at busy hours, use bodaboda motor cycles.Don’t drive small cars when it rains, storms fill roads as the drains don’t work
Yushili service, staff, professionalism and cleanliness is the top standard. The rooms were gorgeous and felt very upmarket. The food and wine is really delicious with a broad menu with tawainese and local delicacy. The vibe in the hotel is very hip and cool and you feel like you could be nestled anywhere in the world. As a girl travelling to Kampala for the first time it was a haven for me where the staff were so helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend coming here when you come to Kampala for a beautiful and enriching experience.
This was my 3rd time staying at Latitude and it was just as wonderful as the last two times. I’m glad to note that the quality service, care and comfort of the hotel have not changed over the years.
The staff were so gracious and kind throughout our stay especially those who attended to us so diligently over breakfast and dinner at the Other Side and the Up Side restaurants.
You have by far the best Sunday brunches and Tuesday night karaokes in all Kampala.
I was sad to check out this evening but look forward to staying with you again soon.
I started this trip being extremely stressed, but Acacia Villa and its amazing staff made me feel so at home I was actually able to enjoy my trip. The staff are the absolute best! They are extremely competent and knowledgeable as well as friendly and kind. They really made me feel at home and I didn't have to worry about anything. The breakfasts were delicious and it was so nice to eat breakfast while taking in a beautiful view of Kampala. I couldn't recommend a place more!
The staff are proactive, friendly ,helpful and polite
in terms of cleanliness all areas in the hotel are spotlessly clean, the view of Kampala at night is beautiful and they have ample basement parking. bathrooms are very nice with rain drop showers and they also go the extra mile and provide complimentary basic amenities like tooth brush, paste , shower gel, shampoo, etc which in my situation turned out to be very useful saving me the hassle of going to buy toiletries.
The hotel is in a very quiet place near the Victoria lake, exacltly in the south est of Kampala. You have to be careful because there’re two places with the same name in google maps. The house is huge, it have a lot of diferents room, swimming pool and a big garden. The owners are a very good persons and attentive, they took care of us like a childs. We really felt like home. We want to come back again.
This hotel is beautiful, clean and exceptional. I wish I had more time staying here. If I ever find myself in Kampala, I will definitely stay here again. The team at the reception, warm and welcoming, the breakfast was great, they allowed us to sleep in and checkout late. You guys have no idea how much my friend and I loved this place. 10/10 recommend.
The hotel was itself a piece of art sitting on top of Makindye hill with amazing views of Kampala. The rooms were very comfortable and felt unique and inviting. The private guest pool was a great place to relax.
There were many options for great food...with a variety of good restaurants. It is defintiely ome of Kampala's gems
The hotel is located very well in Kampala but also has multiple entrances so if traffic on one end is bad you can take another one. The outside space including the pool bar and the Asian Fusion restaurant make it a perfect place for staying. Staff and Management were very helpful.
Very convenient to walk to hospital and university. Mall nearby. Hotel corridors quiet. Bed comfortable and nice bathroom. Generally good wifi. Only place I have stayed in Kampala and for the price was ok. I would probably stay again. Front desk was helpful.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The sevice was exceptional as well.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kampala
Everything except the restaurant - avoid the restaurant. I have stayed here before and it was much better - if they correct the restaurant it would be a nice boutique hotel.
Great breakfast and friendly staff. Other reviewers say the nearby clubs are loud. I was at the hotel for over a week, and did not notice any club noise.
