Assessment of Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan as a unified tourism destination, including consultations with tourism departments and private sector stakeholders in Andijan, Fergana and Namangan Regions. Developed a Destination Promotion Concept Note that included market analysis, defining international target markets, destination positioning and digital marketing activities to highlight Fergana Valley's unique cultural, historical, artistic and culinary strengths. Supported FAM trip with German tour operators and participation at ITB and TITF travel trade shows. Developed the Fergana Valley Community Tourism Network (CTN) branding, visual identity, messaging, website, and digital/offline promotional materials.
