Moldova Tourism Marketing Strategic Framework

Development of the Moldova Tourism Marketing Strategic Framework that is now officially part of the Moldova National Tourism Program. This included consultations with the National Tourism Organization (NTO), Tourism Associations, and private sector tourism stakeholders. Conducted comprehensive market analysis for source markets, target market segmentation, and competitive analysis against Eastern European destinations. The Marketing Strategic Framework defined marketing priorities with an integrated action plan, budget and KPIs incorporating a B2B and B2C marketing mix of digital and offline marketing campaigns that included media partnerships, trade show strategy and digital campaigns.
